My Journey
As a woman in midlife I have experienced the sense of freedom, as well as the trials, that come with growing older. However, I have also spent time discovering my power by exploring new ways of approaching health and well being. Punishing workouts and running long distances stopped serving me, rather they hindered my health. The transition to peri-menopause has taken lots of inner work and self reflection; reassessing and moving forward to occupy a different space. I have found new strength and energy in leaving behind versions of who I used to be and aligning with who I am now. By allowing myself to grow, I have stepped fully into my lifelong passion for health and exercise and can honestly say I have never felt better. I now want to share all I have learnt by coaching and supporting women to live in fullness, in whatever stage you may find yourself.

I was first introduced to Yoga and Pilates whilst living and working in Asia. Having practiced, trained and qualified in both disciplines, I teach regularly in both private and public settings. I believe in cultivating a deep connection between our mind and body; this is essential in supporting lasting health and harmony.

Years spent teaching has allowed me to work with a wide range of personalities and learning styles. From this experience I have honed an adaptable and intuitive teaching style that connects with, and inspires, personal development.
​
I have always used exercise and diet as a way to help me through all stages of life, be that pregnancy, motherhood, managing relationships and partners, alleviating stress or increasing energy. I have gathered a wealth of experience and made my mistakes along the way also. Now, with this lifetime of knowledge I wish to help to transform you to place of strength and self-love.

A New Approach
​
Through viewing our bodies holistically, I tailor a personal programme that invites movement and sustains you in the best way possible. I work using a combination of:
-
Vinyasa Yoga to build strength and stamina
-
Both classical and contemporary Pilates to elongate and fine tune accessory muscles.

Resistance work. This is an integral part of my approach that uses small equipment and weights to help challenge the body and mind towards visible results.

Low impact cardio.
Each session is designed with planned progression points to develop progress
over time, and build on increasing levels of fitness. Only a consistent, long-term plan will provide the benefits of increased energy, improved confidence and glowing, health and well-being.

​Our lives sometimes need a bit of an overhaul as we work through changing states. My work with you is focussed on moving with increasing confidence; building the strength you need to embrace change.
How does this work?

Simple. Book a free 45 minute online consultation. We will spend time exploring: lifestyle, goals, health history, limitations and personal circumstances. From here I will construct a comprehensive and effective plan, tailored to suit your needs.

Secure sessions for 1, 2 or 3 times a week depending on the rhythms of your life and energy. You might be an early riser and so I can be with you first thing in the morning, or later on in the day - it's up to you.
